Operations Technician – MTS Tank Wash

MTS is one of Europe’s most technologically advanced and environmentally friendly road tank cleaning stations and is based in the heart of the Liverpool Dock area.

With this in mind, we wish to appoint an Operations Technician at our Liverpool Facility on a permanent basis.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating commitment to the job, would be beneficial but not essential as full training provided
• HGV licence would be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities

• Internal and externally washing road tankers to a quality standard by following a pre-defined process.
• Daily, weekly and monthly checks performed and documented
• Effluent treatment & wastewater management
• Plant upkeep and defect reporting/closeout
• Opening/closing the facility
• Washbay & Yard housekeeping
• Completing and issuing wash certificates to customers
• Ability to Shunt tanks to and from washbays is desirable but not essential.
